**About the Opportunity**

The primary focus of this position is to successfully plan and manage the workflow of multiple GCR3 Hiring Campaigns, as well as to facilitate a range of Administration Programs that contribute to the overall delivery of a Hiring Manager experience that aligns with our organisational value of ‘Growth through Excellence’.

We use a range of different software and technology tools to do our work and a further focus of this position will be to oversee and help us to continuously improve the way we utilise technology in our business.

In many ways, this position is the hub in our GCR3 wheel - keeping the wheel turning and our workflow and communication across multiple hiring campaigns flowing smoothly.

Establishing positive working relationships, collaborating effectively and communicating with people inside and outside the business will be a constant in this role. And as such, having a passion and confidence for working with people and teams is an essential driver.
