To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of:

  • Demonstrated experience leading a team responsible for application development and systems administration.
  • Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement initiatives that deliver clear business benefits.
  • Ability to influence and clearly communicate the need for improved processes.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately gather, analyze, and develop business requirements.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary ways of working and analytical problem-solving skills.
