Seeking professional Administrators interested in Casual and Temporary jobs in Melbourne
**Your new role**
If you are an organised, friendly and process driven administrator with proficiency in;
- Answering phone calls & welcoming guests
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
- Entering data into in house systems General ad-hoc administration tasks Customer service
**What you'll need to succeed**
Previous experience in a similar Administrative Assistant role will lead you to success as will:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to professionally liaise with multiple stakeholder
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite including excel and various IT programs
- Data entry and ad-hoc administration experience
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional time management
