This role is for a driven HR Operations Consultant to deliver best practice solutions that address the present and future business demands and priorities.
You will be based in Canberra and working in a collaborative environment with suppliers, partners and Adecco DFR internal teams.
Reporting to the Human Resource Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in the effective HR service delivery.
You will support the entire employee lifecycle, working closely with the Talent and Training teams to assist leaders in the management of their employees. Key tasks include administration of human resources information system to track and maintain HR-related data such as employee contracts, compensation and personal data, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and Adecco policies.
You will also support the Human Resources Business Partners in responding to HR queries and tasks from employees.

**Description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement & continuously improve HR policies and processes
- Ensure that existing HR policies, procedures and processes are maintained
- Maintain HR systems including core HRIS, Performance Management and engagement surveys with high data accuracy and integrity
- Oversee the execution of core 'hire to retire' employee events including new starters, employment contracts, remuneration changes, transfers, terminations, contract extensions, employee letters and conversions
- Respond to first line employee queries on HR processes and procedures within 48 hours, escalating to the HRBP as required, ensuring the inquirer is kept up to date with progress
- Support the development and delivery of HR reporting
- Update HR Operations process manuals and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and Adecco policy
- Coordinate systems implementation activities including data cleansing, testing and deployment

- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Excellent command of Business English, with both written & oral communication skills
- Experience in using HRIS
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A process improvement mindset
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Project Management experience
- Ability to prioritize work and focus on high-priority tasks.
- Prior HR Operations experience
- People centric approach
