genU Training is a division of genU that delivers valuable, job-ready and nationally recognised qualifications and vocational short courses that produce genuine results for job seekers and people wanting to advance in their careers.

As a **Training Coordinator** you will:

- Plan quality accredited & non-accredited courses in various fields;
- Assist in the development and implementation of course materials and assessment tools;
- Contribute to genU's Training Quality and Assurance Systems;
- Provide outstanding leadership, supervision & mentoring to genU's Training team of Sessional Trainers;
- Coordinate accredited training across the region; and more

**_This is a full-time, ongoing position based in Norwood, SA._**

**About You**:

- Essential Requirements:_
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a willingness to obtain
- TAE40116 or TAE40110 with required upskilling units, or equivalent
- Strong leadership and business development capability
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively problem solve and find opportunities and/or solutions
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module or willingness to obtain
- All applicants will be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and meet the requirements of the genU Covid-19 Vaccination Policy. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccinations during the recruitment process
