About the Role
As the Administrator, you will provide high level front of house reception and client services support along with a broad range of financial and general administrative assistance which support the practice and Managing Director.
As the sole administrator in the firm, your role will be of significant importance, and is offered on a permanent, full-time basis.
Duties
- Learn and use a bespoke software suite for financial and client administration
- Coordinate rooms, meetings, travel, and accommodation
- Hospitality, housekeeping, and office management
- Innovate and improve the administrative processes
Skills & Experience
- Recent, similar experience
- Excellence in customer service
- Proficient use of the full MS Office suite, including Excel
- Capability of learning new software
- Professional presentation and communication
