**What you will do**:
As the Workplace Experience Coordinator here at Easygo you will be our go-to person for all things office related and will be one of the most popular and highly sought after people in the business. Your role is very broad and dynamic and no two days will be the same.

You will report to and work closely with the Workplace Experience Specialist to ensure the office is fully stocked with drinks, snacks, and stationary and that the office is kept neat and tidy throughout the day. But this role is so much more than just managing supplies Outside of your BAU tasks you will also get involved in fun workplace projects, Think - decorating the office and ordering themed catering for multiple international and national days of celebration. We have a large social calendar and it's filled with fun themed events of which you will be responsible for coordinating. This isn't your average office job and we are not your average company. **Who are we looking for**:
We are looking for someone who is highly organised and detail-oriented, but also has a fun and outgoing personality. In this role, you will play a critical role in creating a positive workplace experience for our employees. You will work closely with the Workplace Experience Specialist and other internal stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the workplace experience are aligned and cohesive.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ownership of the office food and drinks stock process. This includes purchasing of stock, reconciliation of receipts/purchases, managing incoming deliveries, stocking of snack shelves and drink fridges whilst maintaining a diverse range of products available to staff.
- Maintaining a clean and organised office workspace including liaising with the Workplace Experience Specialist regarding any feedback or requirements for our cleaners, submitting maintenance requests to building management, general tidying of meeting rooms after bookings, and ensuring that all office equipment is in working order
- Managing office deliveries in conjunction with office concierge, including receiving and sending packages and mail.
- Assisting with office growth, maintenance and innovation, including coordinating with vendors and contractors, and providing hands on support to the Workplace Experience Specialist
- Providing administrative support to the office, including managing room calendars, scheduling appointments, printing/scanning/shredding of documents, and other ADHOC admin support as required
- Managing the office weekly Wheel Spin and it’s required administration and follow up tasks
- In office events assistance via set-up and pack down
- Collating and handing out new staff welcome packs
- Other ADHOC task and administration support to Workplace Experience Specialist as required

**Requirements**:
**You’re perfect for this role if**
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**It would be a bonus if you also had (Desirable skills)**:

- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable & Intercom
- Australian work rights are preferred.
