Due to unprecedent transformation across our National Workplace team, we are seeking a Permanent Full Time – Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne.

Our Workplace Experience team create a welcoming, supportive and inclusive environment by providing memorable experiences for our clients, visitors, and workforce. We're looking for someone who will bring their fantastic skills and capabilities to support all that we do in our Workplace Experience space.

We want a person who enjoys a challenge, understands what a good customer experience looks like and can grow meaningful connections that will allow our workforce and guests to feel not only acknowledged, but provided with a true sense of belonging.

Our team prides itself on a ‘one team approach’ we share knowledge and experience by working collaboratively and contributing to the achievement of AEMO's business objectives.

If you are looking to expand your skills in Corporate Reception, Facilities and Concierge services then this role is for you. You will be supported within a connected, although geographically dispersed team, and one that supports each other for success.

Snapshot of your day

  • Workplace, Front of House/Concierge and Meeting Room Conference Support
  • Anticipating workforce and visitor needs
  • Taking initiative to troubleshoot issues and find solutions
  • Security Access Management and Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Facility reactive maintenance support
  • Procurement and Budget support
  • Records and Database Management
  • Travel, Audit, ServiceNow, CRM processing
  • Health and Safety of our people and workplace
  • Working alongside our National Workplace team to continuously improve the workplace experience

What you will bring to the role

  • Proven experience in a customer service environment ideally having worked in corporate reception, shared serviced offices, facility or a concierge environment would be a significant advantage.
  • Understanding of Facility & Property security and compliance requirements within an administrative environment.
  • You bring your unique individuality along with polished written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity and effective interactions.
  • You have an ability to deliver results, find solutions for anything that comes your way and balance competing priorities to produce quality outcomes.
