**About the role**:
- The HR Shared Services Specialist is responsible for driving excellence in the employee experience across Demant Pacific ANZ supporting the coordination of People & Culture (P&C) operational activities that strive to achieve productivity and efficiency through the employee life cycle.- The HR Shared Service Specialist is responsible for providing support to Demant ANZ Line Managers, Employees and the P&C Team in performing a variety of transactional requests, including but not limited to processing HR administrative activities, HR generalist advice, WHS, project management support, SME in all HR systems, etc.- A key focus of the incumbent in this role is to deliver consistent results through strong customer focus and a commitment to service delivery excellence with data accuracy.- Responsibilities:
- Perform operational transaction support duties using appropriate resources and follow-up accordingly in a timely manner including appropriate documentation.
- Support the Shared Services Lead in the implementation of governance policies and procedures to ensure transactions are in adherence to established guidelines and business processes.
- Collaborate closely various levels within the HR Shared Services Team to resolve escalated issues and consistently meet key performance metrics including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to deliver service excellence.
- Demonstrate customer understanding through resolution ownership and anticipating needs.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of guidelines, business processes and systems.
**Main scope**:
- Provide quality mass and self-service transactional, administrative and support services for in-scope functional areas through various intake channels in accordance to establish guidelines and business processes.
- Verify data completeness required to process manual personal employee and organizational transactions.
- Logs queries and updates, creates tickets and ensures closure of tickets.
- Proactively follow-up on requests not immediately completed and retain ownership of requests.
- Understand scope of services and to whom complex requests and inquiries should be escalated to for support.
- Adhere to established processing guidelines and business processes when performing requests by maintaining privacy, confidentiality and security policies that focus on providing exceptional service.
- Continuously identify areas of improvement and communicate suggestions to as appropriate.
- Collaborates and supports HRBPs in the execution of projects across the business.
**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software and experience in HR Systems
- Understanding of the HR Lifecycle and associated processes
- Knowledge and understanding of HR policies/principles, relevant legislation and current HR trends, and HR operations, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding and other processes.
- Generalist HR and WHS knowledge
- Experience in a similar HR Administrator / HR Coordinator/ HR Officer role in a corporate environment
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement along with highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with and gain co-operation from internal and external stakeholders at various levels
- Ability to support HRIS, and/or working knowledge of information technology requirements and specifications, troubleshooting and issue resolution
