CBGU JV brings together partners CPB Contractors, BAM, Ghella and UGL to deliver the Tunnel and Stations package for Brisbane’s Cross River Rail. Cross River Rail is a 10.2 kilometre rail line between Dutton Park and Bowen Hills, including 5.9 kilometres of tunnel under the Brisbane River and CBD. The project also includes construction of four new high-capacity underground stations at Boggo Road, Woolloongabba, Albert Street, Roma Street and redevelopment of the existing Dutton Park station.

In this role you will be providing administration and coordination support for the project Recruitment team. This is a busy and varied role which requires high attention to detail, adaptability and effective stakeholder management. This role is based at Milton and is a full-time site based role. We are interested in your capability to accurately manage concurrent activities, proactive approach and desire to further your career within Recruitment and HR;

You will be responsible for:

Training Administration Coordinate and assist with pre-employment processes including verification of candidate information Assist with cyclical reporting and compliance processes Creating Employee Files Raising employment contracts and correspondence  Engagement with stakeholders to achieve project milestones Correspondence and communications  Accurately maintain candidate management systems and relevant database General administration using MS Word, Excel, Outlook

Minimum requirements for this role include the following:

Prior experience in providing administrative support to a Shared Services Team in HR/Training or Recruitment  Exposure to Construction or related industries is highly desirable Demonstrated organisational, planning and coordination skills Ability to work autonomously, be solutions orientated, employ initiative and prioritise tasks effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills Intermediate level Microsoft Word and Excel skills
