What You'll Be Working On
As our HR Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our People team, handling crucial tasks that keep our organisation running smoothly:

- Manage day-to-day HR admin tasks and HR inbox, from answering queries to maintaining accurate employee records
- Handle employee paperwork, including contracts, role changes separations, probations, and role changes
- Oversee user access for HR systems like Workplace and LMS
- Support the creation and maintenance of People policies and processes
- Build and maintain knowledge of industrial instruments

What Type of Person Will Succeed
**We're looking for someone who**:

- Previous experience in administration/HR admin roles or previous experience in a retail environment (ideal but not necessary)
- Can adapt quickly to changing situations
- Excels in time management and organisation
- Works well in a team but can also be autonomous
- Demonstrates high integrity and understands the importance of confidentiality
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office suite
