**About the Role**

As a crucial member of our Admissions leadership team, you'll collaborate closely with the Future Students hub and divisional groups to convert quality applicants into enrolled students, achieving our student load targets.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Motivating and coaching staff to achieve goals, provide clear feedback, document performance, address issues, and reward excellence.- Cultivating a positive, innovative team culture focused on continuous improvement and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Enhancing the student experience by identifying improvements, recommending them to committees, and actively implementing new processes, systems, and admissions policies.

**Who we are looking for**

You will also have:

- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience and education/training.
- Minimum two years' leadership experience in operational planning, strategic alignment, and people management.
- Proven experience in processing admissions, preferably via VTAC.
