Our client is a global real estate services firm specialising in commercial property and investment management. They believe in teamwork, ethics, and excellence. They are seeking for an innovative Experience (Facilities) Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of the property
**Your new role**
As the Experience Coordinator you will oversee the daily office facilities operations ensuring superior service to key stakeholders. Your daily duties include, looking after the maintenance and operations of vendors for soft services, coordinating contractors that come to sign and showcasing your time management and organisational skills in coordinating conference rooms, ordering catering, and ensuring cleanliness.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Ideally you have worked in a similar role in a commercial environment supporting with facilities administration or coordination. You will have great communication skills, a positive approach and be keen to build your experience in a corporate setting. You will have strong organisational and systems skills with the ability to pick up and work across new IT systems.
