My client is a market leader in SaaS e-learning solutions and has offices and clients around the world. Their software helps organisations train their employees, partners, and customers, helping to track their achievements and goals.
Due to continued growth they are looking to hire a Business Development Representative to join their dynamic Sydney team.
As the successful BDR you will be responsible for:
- Building a pipeline of suitable leads
- Identifying decisions makers within these companies and talking to them regarding the company's technology offering
- Booking appointments for the Account Executives to present to senior executives
- Building team camaraderie
Position requirements:
- 12 months experience in a sales position
- IT experience, either work or study, will be highly regarded
- Experience working towards targets
- Excellent communication skills
