**Your new company**
A dynamic insurance company in Melbourne CBD are seeking an entry-level Motor Claims Consultants with strong customer service skills to join their team on a temporary basis starting 17 February 2023. They are one of the largest insurer in Australia, with multiple brands and services under their belt.

**Your new role**
You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service for existing customers raising their motor claims, building relationships, and handling various tasks efficiently. You will be a part of a rotating roster, between 8am - 7pm, either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday (penalty rates apply).

**What you'll need to succeed**
You need prior customer service experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in computer usage. Prior insurance experience is a plus, but not required.

**What you'll get in return**
The role offers flexibility in working arrangements, with choices in working either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday (penalty rates apply). You will be trained for the role and will be provided with ongoing support. Being in this role will also allow you to work your way up the company and advance your career.
