YOUR ROLE


We're recruiting for multiple temporary opportunities for
Motor Claims Consultants to join our
RACV Temp team, starting
17 July, 2023 for a 6 month period.

Support RACV customers and liaise with external suppliers and partners to effectively lodge and manage customer claims and enquiries. Provide exceptional customer service that meets legislative requirements and policy.


Work from our call centres in Melbourne CBD and Mulgrave with shifts available Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm.

You'll need to have full availability to work these hours. Your RACV journey will commence with a comprehensive 5-week on site job training.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous customer service experience (contact centres, sales, hospitality, retail or volunteer work)
  • Techsavvy and confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
  • Expertise in effectively managing challenging customer conversations and resolve complaints
  • Ability to solve problems empathetically and equitably
  • Welldeveloped rapport building, active listening, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, meet KPIs, use initiative, and be resourceful
  • Emotionally intelligent and adaptable
You'll be operating in a high energy environment, interacting with customers that are experiencing major life events. High level of communication, displaying empathy and the ability to be resilient is an absolute must. In return you'll be part of an engaging team that make a difference.
