**Who will you be working with?**

Our client is a leading insurer specalising in the transport industry. They offer a wide range of insurance products and services to businesses operating in the heavy motor, marine and logistics sectors.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Managing a portfolio of commercial motor claims from lodgement to finalisation
- Using technical skills, manage all claims (including complex claims) from start to completion within authority level and specialisation
- Negotiating and settlements on all files
- Deal directly with insurance brokers
- Deliver level of service which differentiates company from competitors
- Ensuring customer standards are met
- Manage claims within agreed quality and service standards

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Proven track record of claims management and settlement
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, cope with pressure, prioritise workload and meet agreed timelines
- Ability to work in a team-based atmosphere
- Minimum of 6 months managing insurance claims
