LECE is a rapidly growing electrical field services business based in Welshpool. We have a great team and team culture. We are looking for someone to grow with us assisting to grow both out office systems and culture.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Manger to provide support to our senior management team and field service team.

As an Office Manger, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and other administrative tasks. You will work closely with our Director, Operations Manager, and Field Supervisor to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Advantageous Skills
- Experience with project administration or working with and electrical contracting company preferable
- Bookkeeping with Xero Preferable.
- Sim-PRO experience Preferable.

**Salary**: $60,000 - $80,000 pro-rata per year
