Office Manager Opportunity
**Your new company**
Hays is working with a Resource Company, based in Perth CBD. They are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team on a temporary basis.
**Your new role**
As an Office Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Document formatting and control.
- Onboarding and inducting new joiners.
- Maintain boardrooms, kitchen, office area and ordering supplies when needed.
- Processing and tracking invoices.
- Supporting directors with diary management, calendar organising and travel booking.
- Ad-hoc admin duties.
- Liaising with other departments, HSE and Approval managers.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Proficient in MS365, including document formation and PowerPoint.
- Previous reconciliation experience.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Mining industry experience is desirable.
