**Role Overview**: As an Executive Assistant/Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's office. Your responsibilities will span various areas, including office management, reception, IT support, event coordination, policy maintenance, and financial tasks.

**Responsibilities**:
**Office Management**:

- Organise office activities, resources, and facilities.
- Handle courier coordination, office supplies, filing, and archiving office records.
- Maintain the contacts database.
- Liaise with the Property Manager and cleaners.
- Oversee maintenance tasks for the Maintenance Officer.

**Reception and First Point of Contact**:

- Welcome visitors and callers.
- Provide general support to the Production and Development Teams.

**Executive Assistant (EA) Duties for Managing Director**:

- Manage the MD’s day-to-day diary.
- Prepare for meetings and arrange domestic and international travel.

**IT Management**:

- Triage IT issues and collaborate with external IT consultants.

**Event Management**:

- Lead the organisation of internal social events and external premieres.

**Policy Management**:

- Maintain and update Health and Safety Policies and other company policies.

**Financial Tasks**:

- Reconcile credit card transactions and process production per diems and petty cash requests.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience in managing various aspects of office operations.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in IT management and event coordination.
- Familiarity with financial tasks and policy maintenance.
