An exciting opportunity has become available in the Customer Success Team. We are seeking a REM focused Customer Success Manager to join the team in Sydney. As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) you will work closely with the Account Managers and Account Coordinators to establish a thorough understanding of the customer base. ELMO CSM’s are primarily responsible for promoting customer satisfaction across ELMO customers, leading to the retention and upsell targets of the Account Management Team.

If you see yourself running optimisation sessions and technical projects with customers, ensuring the solution is meeting the needs of the business and is not outdated by changing requirements then ELMO Customer Success is for you.

**What we would like to see you bring to the team..**
- Minimum 3-4 years previous experience across Client Services, Customer Success, Payroll or Remuneration
- Previous experience with Payroll, RTA or REM technology
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience with Excel is highly desirable
- Ability to quickly learn and grasp technical concepts within a platform.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time whilst paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting ability
- Experience of reporting and analytics is desirable.
- Experience of writing documentation is desirable.
