We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant that is looking for an immediate start with a locally owned quality Stone Business.

This is a permanent Full-time opportunity - Based in Sydney's Western Suburbs.

**Salary**

Based on experience, the salary is from $70K + Super
- Salary is based on experience and packages will be worked out directly with the successful applicant._

**Your contribution**
- Accounts and Payroll
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures.
- Reconciling of accounts and payments.
- Process purchase orders, suppliers invoices and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding accounts
- Processing payroll
- Providing forecasting and cash flow reports.
- Outstanding organisation and time management skills
- Ad Hoc Admin support as required.

**Experience, attributes and abilities include**
- Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in a accounts assistant role _(Ideally within the stone or building sector - however not essential)_
- High level of attention to detail
- The ability to multitask as this is an accounts and administration role.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, EXCEL)
- Experience using accounting software (MYOB, Xero, SAP Business one) is preferable
- Diploma or Certificate in bookkeeping/accounting or other related business administration or equivalent business experience is advantageous.
- Positive attitude, resilient. Enjoy working as part of a team and well as individually.
- Australian citizen or permanent resident.
