We are seeking a proficient Accounts Administrator to become part of our client's dynamic and collaborative team. In this role you will provide administrative support to our client while assisting with accounts. Candidates with experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, debtor management, and hands-on experience with Xero or comparable software are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
In this role you will be reporting directly to the General Manager and will have a variety of tasks to help support the day-to-day running of the small administration team, not limited to:

  • Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
  • Manage and maintain schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and draft reports.
  • Take agenda and meeting minutes.
  • Assisting with accounts.

Requirements

  • Experience in accounts payable/receivable and debtor management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Xero.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proven engagement in administration.
