**The Company**
Our client is a growing IT Managed Service Co. with a large client base across Australia. They provide a wide range a tech and office equipment services to their clients and are fast becoming a leader within their space.
**The Role**
We are currently seeking a Accounts Administrator to join the team ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hands on and would like to be involved with the office management and company operations. Your core duties will include:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Assist the Company Accountant with payroll
- Raising of client invoices and following up on debtors
- Liaising with the external Accountant to facilitate financial reports
- Management of sales reports
- Purchasing, tracking and coordination of customer order
- Contract administration - price comparisons, negotiating with suppliers
- Phone based customer support
- Office management
- General administration for the wider business.
**About You**
- Previous administration experience is required
- Previous accounting - AP/AR experience highly regarded
- Xero experience (ideal)
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
