We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant that is looking for an immediate start with a locally owned quality Stone Business.

This is a permanent Full-time opportunity - Based in Sydney's Western Suburbs.

Salary
Based on experience, the salary is from $70K + Super

  • Salary is based on experience and packages will be worked out directly with the successful applicant._

Your contribution

  • Accounts and Payroll
  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures.
  • Reconciling of accounts and payments.
  • Process purchase orders, suppliers invoices and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding accounts
  • Processing payroll
  • Providing forecasting and cash flow reports.
  • Outstanding organisation and time management skills
  • Ad Hoc Admin support as required.

Experience, attributes and abilities include

  • Ideally 12 years' experience in a accounts assistant role _(Ideally within the stone or building sector however not essential)_
  • High level of attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask as this is an accounts and administration role.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, EXCEL)
  • Experience using accounting software (MYOB, Xero, SAP Business one) is preferable
  • Diploma or Certificate in bookkeeping/accounting or other related business administration or equivalent business experience is advantageous.
  • Positive attitude, resilient. Enjoy working as part of a team and well as individually.
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident.
