Product Support Representative

Fantastic and unique opportunity for an experienced Boiler Maker to come off the tools into a client representative role, offering mobile plant technical support on site to mining clients across the Pilbara. This highly visible position is offered on an 8/6 roster FIFO from Perth.

The
**Product Support Representative** will bring a background in WA surface mining and mobile equipment maintenance, a knowledge of GET would be highly regarded.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Building strong and trusting relationships with clients and client teams
- Attending daily prestart meetings
- Product training and coaching
- Oversee GET Installations ensuring compliance with QA/QC
- Monitoring and reporting on faults
- Documenting inspections of GET

It goes without saying you will be a safety champion and commit to the zero-harm culture of the clients.

**Experience required**:

- GET knowledge is highly sought after
- Experienced Boiler Maker/Fitter from a mobile plant background
- Exposure to heavy industry/mining essential
- Good M/Office skills including Word and Excel
