We are looking for a talented **Product Support Representative** to join our product team in our branch in Perth. This role will support our mining customers in Western Australia.
**About this role**:
- As a member of our Product support team, this role supports our Mining business customers across Western Australia
- Manage the engine life database
- Respond to urgent customer requirements - technical and product issues
- Liaise with Key stakeholders such as our customers and engineers.
- Develop strong relationships with our valued customers
- Uphold our Cummins values and adhere to all company policies and procedure
**Desirable attributes for this role**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer centric approach to business
- Able to develop strong, value-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as a technical support resource, providing diagnostic support on complex repair events
- Mechanical training is desirable but not essential.
**Compensation and Benefits**
Annual Salary - commensurate with experience. Participation in an annual variable compensation (bonus) program. Salary continuance insurance. Discounts with select private health insurance, PC software/hardware and a range of vehicles. Annual remuneration reviews. Safety equipment / PPE and uniforms provided and a range of personal and professional benefits.
