**About the role**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Product Support Advisor within the Liebherr Mining division. Reporting through to the Customer Support Manager, this role will be responsible for the provision of effective and timely product and Service based advice to both Customers and Internal departments as required.

**Roster**: 8/6 - Days only

**Multiple locations available**: BHP Nickel West, BHP WA Iron Ore, MRL Wodgina, Goldfields

**Duties**:

- Monitoring onsite Liebherr equipment with particular focus on recommending corrective remedies to sustain / improve equipment condition and performance
- Identify potential risks associated with inventory levels, considering equipment age, operations factors and maintenance
- Assisting with and conducting diagnostics evaluation of equipment failures and product faults

**Skills & Experience**:

- Mobile Plant Mechanic trade or equivalent trade with Hydraulics and Tracks and Undercarriage units completed - essential
- Proven track record of high-level customer support
- Liebherr Mining excavator experience
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- The ability to provide accurate and timely advice
- Customer focused with great attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving skills
