Product Manager, Merchant Solutions - Customer Present

Business Bank (BB) offers a wide range of services and solutions to our small to medium, enterprise customers and our regional and agribusiness customers. We also take care of our personal and institutional online trading customers.

The Everyday Business Banking (EBB) team supports the full spectrum of customers' needs from the smallest businesses to the largest corporates. We have accountability for Deposit and Transaction Product and Portfolio Management, Cash Channel Strategy, Merchant Solutions, Business Customer Onboarding, Customer lifecycle Management, and Business Customer Propositions.
You will join the EBB Deposit and Transactions Crew which is accountable for:
- Deposit and Transactions product and portfolio management.
- Product acquisition, in-life maintenance, and customer experience optimisation.
- Product development and digitisation.
- Cash and cheque strategy for Business and Institutional customers.
**Do Work That Matters**
You will leverage your domain and industry knowledge, thought leadership, and strategic mindset to drive outcomes across the product lifecycle including launching new features and initiatives, monitoring and driving product performance, meeting key regulatory, operational risk and product governance requirements, optimising customer experience, and driving change across the business.
**More specifically you will**:
- Form part of a Corporate Card squad to deliver a multi-year digital transformational change.
- Continuously improve the customer experience by reviewing and enhancing features, benefits and digital experience
- Act as the voice of the Business Bank and translate business requirements for your squad.
- Ensure robust operational risk management.
- Work with external strategic and industry partners and suppliers to support integration of new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to deliver digital experiences across NetBank and the CommBank app.
- Ensure robust operational risk management.
**Help us deliver a better future for Everyday Business Banking**:
- Undergraduate and post-graduate degree in business, marketing, engineering, data decisioning or similar qualifications.
- Payment and/or Cards Product Management experience.
- Deep domain knowledge in the cards value chain.
- Proven experience working across end-to-end Agile projects and technical delivery.
- Influential and confident stakeholder management skills as this role will see you working across risk, product, digital, technology and compliance business partners.
- Experience in working within a highly complex operational environment.
- A risk management mindset
- The ability and enthusiasm to act as a 'change leader' in supporting transformational change.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
