**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee the setup, maintenance, and optimisation of our e-commerce platform to merchants.

2. Develop and deliver customised training sessions, tailored to individual merchant needs, to enable them to fully leverage our platform.

3. Proactively gather feedback during the pre-sale and post-sale phases, using this insight to refine our offerings and processes.

4. Engage with potential merchants, understanding and documenting their specific needs and challenges.

5. Take charge of front-end modifications and enhancements to the e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal user experience and responsive design

6. Drive and manage replatforming projects, ensuring a seamless transition from one e-commerce platform to another.

7. Uphold and advise on best e-commerce practices to internal teams and merchants, ensuring optimal user experiences and sales conversion strategies.

8. Share insights and feedback to refine our product offerings and processes, based on marketing data and trends.

10. Ensure optimization of the onboarding process for merchants, enhancing their experience and accelerating their launch timelines.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Neto, etc.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

3. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on e-commerce experience, preferably with evidence of managing or owning an e-commerce business.

4. Demonstrated digital marketing expertise, encompassing areas such as SEO, Google and Facebook advertising, content marketing, and more.

5. Proficient in deciphering platform analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimisation.

6. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

7. Passionate about the evolving world of e-commerce and staying ahead of industry trends.
