The RoleBased in Silverwater, with customer service at the forefront and a natural ability to adapt and relate you will bring your energy and people skills to this iconic Australian Company. You will be the friendly, warm smile at the end of the phone whose key focus is engaging with customers, assisting with enquiries from the website, discussing customer requirements, providing solutions and advice tailored to suit the needs of each valued customer.We're looking for someone who loves solving problems, can provide an insight across the extensive product range, assist with product suggestions, and assist with fulfilling all safety needs.

**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Providing quality and professional customer service to existing and prospective customers
- Providing knowledge, assistance, and solutions regarding the which type of Personal Protective Equipment will suit each individual enquiry
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Maintaining CRM & team inbox
- Processing sales orders, quotes, and enquiries
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, someone who thrives on providing customers with a first-rate experience
- Outstanding attention to detail with strong organisation skill set
- The ability to handle conflicting priorities and remain calm and composed
- Someone with a great attitude - happy to do what is needed to support the wider team
- Proficient Microsoft Suite computer skills
