**About the role**
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor you will be responsible for the professional, customer focused and commercial partnering with Unitywater Leaders, to ensure they are able to attract and engage talent.

Your success in this role will be evident through your demonstrated experience as a talent acquisition specialist, either internal or from agency.

This opportunity is a two year max term contract.

**About You**
- Experience in contemporary talent management and acquisition practices and tools gained either in-house or in agency.
- Experience in managing talent acquisition activities in a large organisation or similar environment, ideally with a mix of trade and professional disciplines;
- Effective time management and a great team player.
