**About the Role**
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager for HR Australia/New Zealand, the TA Coordinator (TAC) assists in the efficient organisation and operation of the ANZ Talent Acquisition Team by providing operational and administrative support. This position is responsible for supporting internal business customers with the administration of TA services and resourcing. The TAC assists the Talent Acquisition Manager in the administration of a wide range of processes and activities for the ANZ Region. The TAC provides support to leaders in the business with sound administration ensuring a proactive approach is taken to address TA enquiries.
The TAC assists in delivering TA support to the ANZ Region in line with the overall HR Operating Model for ANZ. The HR model within CTM strives to provide flexibility, proactivity and exceptional customer service while empowering and supporting our front-line Leaders in leading their Teams. The CTM business is a fast paced and energetic environment which can provide both challenges and opportunities. The ANZ HR Team works together to proactively support CTM’s people across Australia and New Zealand. HRCs work with CTM ANZ Leaders (and Global roles based in ANZ), supporting them with the administration of their people matters to continue making CTM a great place to work
**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment (or resourcing) of professionals (in-house or agency)
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines will juggling multiple priorities
- Desire to be a part of a team working collaboratively, flexibly and supportive in order to achieve our aspirations;
- Confidence in your problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to make sound judgements and provide advice to stakeholders; and
- Effective communication skills, written and oral, and the confidence to communicate at all levels both internally and externally.
- Ability to manage the recruitment tools including JobAdder, LinkedIn, SEEK etc. and their integration with our HRIS system and other internal systems
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and complete work accurately and on time
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work autonomously as well as being a cooperative and collaborative team player
