**Job Description**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a professional and dedicated Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team at Minor Hotels on a full-time basis.

This position will be responsible for providing exceptional recruitment support to our properties across Australia and New Zealand, as well as assisting the People and Culture team with general administration support.

Located in our Head Office in Maroochydore, this newly created position will work closely with a team of professional, experienced, and supportive Talent Acquisition and People and Culture Advisors.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Writing and placing job advertisements
- Completing reference checks
- Facilitating and scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers
- Ensuring ATS database is updated
- Providing administration support to the People and Culture team

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience**:

- Previous experience within HR or recruitment will be highly regarded
- Minimum 3 years experience in an administration/ customer service position
- Effective planning and organisational skills to manage pressure situations, multiple tasks and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
- Availability to work full time hours, Monday - Friday
