**Your new company**
Our client manages aged care facilities throughout Australia and has a head office based centrally on the Gold Coast. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their high performing, fun and dynamic Talent Acquisition team on a full-time basis.

**Your new role**
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be tasked with providing recruitment and sourcing guidance and support to the business. You will be part of their talent acquisition team and you will be driving the end-to-end recruitment process. You will be responsible for:

- Conducting recruitment support for a wide variety of roles including posting job ads, scheduling interviews and reference checking
- Ensuring all vacant roles are filled in line with business expectations
- Conduct all on-boarding activities for new staff members
- Carry out any additional duties as requested

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful you will have:

- Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment is highly regarded (agency or internal)
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Ability to stay organised with an excellent attention to detail
- Professional presentation and impeccable communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Have demonstrated experience in administrative tasks
