**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of Talent & People Services, you will play a critical role in shaping our talent acquisition function and driving our recruitment efforts. You will lead a team of talented Talent Acquisition Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation to identify, attract, and retain talent. This is a hands-on position that requires a deep understanding of contemporary talent acquisition practices for both high volume and specialist recruitment, innovative sourcing strategies, and a passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs, provide insight and guidance, and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Build and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and industry professionals to enhance talent pipelines.
- Drive and support the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
- Utilise data analytics and reporting to measure recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement.
- Stay abreast of legal and compliance requirements related to talent acquisition and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
**About you**:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role in a fast-paced, high volume recruitment environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of contemporary talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong understanding of recruitment technology platforms and the ability to leverage data and analytics for decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Positive and results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Open minded to embrace creativity and seek out new opportunities and solutions.
