As the **Talent Acquisition Compliance Advisor**, reporting to the Group Manager of Talent Acquisition Strategy and Onboarding, your role is to ensure strict adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing the recruitment and hiring process across the organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a compliance expert to be instrumental in developing and implementing robust compliance policies and procedures across The Star Entertainment Group.
**Permanent Full-time opportunity based in Gold Coast**
**A few of your responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations by conducting sign-off for all TA compliance for new starters and internal hires.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to provide guidance on compliance-related issues, including visa sponsorship.
- Support in the development and implement policies and procedures related to recruitment and hiring compliance.
- Partner with ER and compliance teams to ensure alignment with organisational policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of the recruitment and hiring process, providing training and guidance to recruiters, and hiring managers on compliance-related topics.
**What we are looking for**
- Strong understanding of, or quick to learn, relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (highly regarded).
