Exciting opportunity to join a Talent Acquisition team and grow your recruitment admin experience

**Your new company**
Our client is an Australian hospitality franchise business with an inclusive workplace culture that values their team members. An opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Administrator has come onboard to provide recruitment support to the business’s Talent Acquisition Advisor.

**Your new role**
As the Talent Acquisition Administrator you will be responsible for:

- End-to-end recruitment
- Posting job adverts
- Initial phone screenings
- Completing reference checks
- Sitting in on interviews as needed
- Provide further admin assistance to the People & Culture team as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful you will have:

- Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
- Collaborative and customer focused approach
- Professional presentation and impeccable communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
