We are in the market for an experienced and qualified Manager of Marina and Waterways, you are passionate about your profession and enjoy the rewards of a good challenge. At CoM we strive to embrace change as our norm and therefore require a person who is innovative, agile, proactive and enthusiastic.

As the Manager you will lead a small team of professionals to ensure effective management of the City’s unique waterways including beaches and coast, estuarine and riverine foreshores as well as artificial waterways such as the various canal estates in the City. You will also oversee business management practices related to the management of some of Mandurah’s premier spaces including Mandurah Ocean Marina and the Eastern and Western Foreshore precincts.

**What can you bring to the team?**
- Tertiary qualification in coastal or maritime management or relevant equivalent.
- Qualifications and experience in Project Management
- Qualifications and experience in business administration
- Demonstrated experience working in a senior management role
- Knowledge of emerging coastal management trends
- Effective presentation and public speaking skills
- Fantastic research capabilities
- Excellent customer service and people management skills
