We are looking for experienced Organisational Development Specialists to join our dynamic People & Culture team. You will work alongside our leaders and employees to deliver targeted organisational development solutions that meet their needs and enjoy the rewards of a good challenge. Your passion for learning and development and demonstrated experience in creating and facilitating workshops and leadership programs will be instrumental in building organisational capability to meet current and future workforce demands. Your experience in developing and delivering online learning products will also be put to good use. And you will likely have some experience in delivering culture change initiatives.

Working within the Organisational Development team means you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing the great culture of the City and helping it achieve its goals for the community and employees.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Assisting in the delivery of OD initiatives as defined in the Workforce Plan including updates to ensure ongoing internal and external environment changes are considered in the evolving People and Culture strategies.
- Leadership development and coaching support including the use of DISC and Human Synergistics Culture and Leadership tools or other bespoke solutions to address identified business needs.
- The development of strategies and solutions that address the changing requirements of the city across Talent Management and Succession, Recruitment, Learning, People Systems, Diversity, Leadership and Culture.
- Provide specialist support to the business while managing the delivery of key Performance and Culture events including the Annual Performance and Development Review and the Culture and Engagement Surveys.
- Manage the City’s Study Assistance program.
- Facilitating learning through various approaches such as e-learning, workshops, training sessions, coaching, and mentoring.
- Being an engaged and active part of the People and Culture team, to support a high
- performing, harmonious, and supportive team culture.

**You will be great in the role if you have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, Learning and Development or a related discipline.
- Post Graduate Qualifications in Organisational Psychology or Human Resources or Leadership related discipline (highly regarded).
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly regarded).
- Accreditation in coaching and culture tools e.g. Human Synergistics, DISC etc (desirable)
- 5 years of relevant work experience in at least one of the following disciplines: Leadership, Organisational Development or Learning and Development

**The finer details**

This Level 7 position attracts a salary range of $100,090 to $106,351 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
