Our Marina & Waterways team is looking for an experienced enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our team based in the Mandurah Ocean Marina.

The key objectives of the position are to:

- Maintain the Mandurah Ocean Marina, Boardwalk, and Eastern Foreshore Precincts parks, gardens and reticulation system
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance and minor new works on park and marine infrastructure.
- Ensure all work is undertaken using proper materials, using agreed safe work practices and in timely manner.

What can you bring to the team?
- Previous experience in a Parks and Gardens environment
- Practical experience with hand and precision tools and minor plant
- Ability to operate a range of small hand machinery and a small vessel
- Experience in basic Carpentry / Fixing
- Hold a current ‘C’ class national driver’s licence
- Ability to meet the requirements for the Recreational Skippers Ticket (RST) or a Coxswain ticket to operate a vessel under 8m
- Work with limited supervision and in a team environment

**The finer details**

This permanent full-time OSE Level 3 position attracts a pro-rata salary range of $66,965 - $69,456 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience and includes Commuter Use of a Council Vehicle. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
