We are searching for a Marketing Administrator with a minimum of 2 years administration experience and a keen interest in marketing. This Administrator will be based in their Inner CBD offices ensuring the smooth operations of the marketing department, managing the coordination and administration while working closely with the Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied, fast-paced role and working within the construction industry.

Reporting to the Proposal Manager, responsibilities will include, but not limited to include:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the Proposal / Marketing Manager
- First point of contact for all marketing related queries
- General database management
- Assist with marketing collateral - presentations, proposals & updating templates
- Manage & update social media platforms - LinkedIn, Website & Facebook
- Liaise with external vendors & outsourced marketing companies
- Order & maintain marketing stationery
- Data entry & additional general administrative duties

The successful individual will ideally have previous experience in a similar role but open to strong administrator looking to get into a marketing position. Relevant Marketing qualifications are desirable but not essential. This individual will be organised, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Beneficial to have worked within the construction industry, but not essential. This person will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask with high attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Suite i.e Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel.
