Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we want you to join our team of Customer Service You'll be the primary point of contact for handling inbound calls from customers who have received payment reminders. Your responsibilities will include efficiently processing payments, addressing customer queries, and ensuring accurate updates of personal information in our CRM system. We're looking for individuals with exceptional customer service skills, a keen sense of empathy, and a strong attention to detail.With comprehensive training provided, you'll have all the tools you need to succeed, and with plenty of opportunities for career development, you'll be able to grow with us.

Key Details- Commencing 26th & 10th July 2023- Full-time hours Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm (rotating roster)No weekends or National Holidays- Hybrid after training and speed to competency met.- Location: La Trobe Street - Ideal location for public transport, Door step at Flagstaff Station, 10 min walk from Southern Cross, Trams, and $12 daily parking

Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by handling inbound calls to assist customers with their queries and resolve outstanding balances.- Efficiently process back-office tasks- Ensure accurate and timely responses and outcomes are provided to customers.- Document all customer interactions in accordance with standard operating procedures.- Continuously strive for performance improvement through consistent and effective work practices.

Skills & Experience- Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to relate to and effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals.- Desirable previous experience in customer service and administration.- Positive attitude, team player with the ability to work collaboratively towards achieving mutual goals.- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
