Our client is a reputed global Japanese company, and they are currently seeking for an Administration Manager to join their Melbourne/Sydney office team. This position requires permanent working rights in Australia.

With our Japanese Desk Service in Australia, we work closely with Japanese companies and provide tailored workforce solutions including permanent and contract staffing, recruitment process outsourcing and payroll outsourcing primarily to Japanese companies across Australia.

Our client is a reputed global Japanese company, and they are currently seeking for an Administration Manager to join their Melbourne/Sydney office team.

This position requires permanent working rights in Australia.
- Full-time, Permanent
- Hybrid work environment (2 days/w Work from Home)

**About the role**:
This position will be responsible for providing support to the sales team and for a wide range of administration.
- Accompanying companies to investor meetings and inputting details into the system.
- Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including companies, institutional investors and the equity sales team.
- Presenting Australian non-deal roadshows to Japanese/Asian/US corporates.
- Regular business trips to Sydney/Melbourne. (Average 2 times/Month)

**Skills and Experience**:

- Native-level Japanese and business-level English language skills are required.
- Over 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Adept at absorbing information quickly, prioritizing tasks, and paying attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, working well and flexibly with people, and working independently.
- Excel in a dynamic work environment, efficiently navigating through tasks with speed and precision.
- Possess a client-centric mindset and proactively seek timely solutions.
- Strong passion for learning and can-do attitude.
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is an advantage.
