- 2-3 DAYS PER WEEK TO START WEEK. MAY INCREASE DAYS IN FUTURE. we are a 40 year old blinds and curtains company. You will work within our reception area whilst undertaking Reception duties / admin duties / customer service duties within our office. As the position entails working with the public you will need an excellent phone manner, good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Duties
- General admin / reception duties
Attend to walk in customers.
Attend to customers that call in.
Preparing rosters for installers. Liaise with installers to complete installation.
Preparing jobs sheets for factory staff as of priority for installations.
Liaise with factory staff to make sure all production done in time, and installations carried out smoothly.
Data entry related to bookkeeping.
Other ad hoc duties related to bookkeeping.
