**Description**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an **Office Manager**. Our client is an international manufactoring company.
As an Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, managing calendars, and organizing meetings and events.
- Managing sales orders and updating the database.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and preparing orientation materials.
- Assist in the management of budgets and expenses, including tracking invoices and processing payments.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible and properly stored.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows, implementing best practices and finding efficient solutions.
- Act as the point of contact for external vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery of services and resolving any issues that may arise.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise discretion and good judgment.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
