A leading Australian manufacturer, specialising in heavy rig frames, is seeking a Spare Parts & Repairs Coordinator to join their team in Dandenong. This role is perfect for those who appreciate the value of tradition and seek stability in their career.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficient coordination and sale of spare parts and repair services
- Serve as a conduit between customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Manage stock, including picking and dispatching parts, with a readiness to handle goods up to 10kg
- Support the Manager in various capacities, including documentation and onsite assessments in their absence.
- Has a background in spare parts, sales admin support, or a similar role and enjoys variety in their day
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrates enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude
- Comfortable working in a traditional heavy-manufacturing environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, building trust through efficient customer interactions
- Physically capable of handling occasional lifting tasks and committed to upholding safety standards within a manufacturing setting.
