**Responsibilities**:

- **Requirements Analysis**:

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique CRM requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis to translate business needs into clear configuration specifications.
- **System Configuration**:

- Customize and configure Creatio CRM to align with clients' business processes.
- Implement and maintain CRM modules, workflows, and data structures.
- **Data Management**:

- Design and execute data models to ensure optimal data organization within Creatio.
- Oversee data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- **Integration Support**:

- Assist in integrating Creatio CRM with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Address configuration-related challenges during integration processes.
- **User Training**:

- Provide end-user training on configured CRM functionalities.
- Support users in maximizing the benefits of Creatio CRM through effective configuration.
- **Documentation**:

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations and customizations.
- Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes to the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Information Technology, etc.).
- Proven experience as a CRM Configurator, with a focus on Creatio CRM.
- Strong understanding of Creatio CRM configuration capabilities and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients.
