**Responsibilities**:
Design, develop, and customize Fusion5 CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Utilize the Scribe integration platform to integrate Fusion5 CRM with other business systems.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze CRM system requirements.Implement and maintain CRM configurations, workflows, and Scribe integrations.Perform data migration, import, and export tasks within Fusion5 CRM using Scribe.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer data.Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system and integration issues, ensuring optimal performance.Stay informed about Fusion5 CRM updates and new features, as well as Scribe integration best practices.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Fusion5 CRM and Scribe functionality.
Document technical specifications, configurations, customizations, and integrations.
