Part Time Customer Support Representative

Overview:
**Part Time (3 Days, 24 Hours per week)**

**24 Month Fixed Term Opportunity**

**Location - **Eight Mile Plains

Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader, this role is responsible for providing professional, friendly and efficient service to our Customers and Sales teams throughout Australia ensuring that an excellent standard of service and high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. If you are reliable, have good attention to detail, friendly phone manner with proven experience using computers on a daily basis and enjoy working in a busy team environment then this role is suited to you. This is a 24-month fixed term opportunity working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday’s, 24 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Input customer orders and provide timely and accurate responses to customers
- Provide customer support to customers, field representatives, sales managers and internal departments at Cook Australia
- Ensure customer support is carried out in an efficient, professional and timely manner
- Process shipments for international customers
- Manage orders / requests as necessary and communicate with various stakeholders
- Answer customer queries
- Process and maintain standing monthly orders
- Initiate the process of return goods
- Hybrid work model, work from home 1 day per week

Qualifications:

- Previous Customer Support or data entry experience highly regarded
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word) essential
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, balancing multiple priorities
- Highly organised with a focus on attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative with a positive attitude to problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
